Coaching

Tenpin Ireland's coaching programme is developed in partnership with Sport Ireland Coaching and aligned with the European Tenpin Bowling Federation coaching framework.

Coaching Pathways

1

Level 1 — Introduction to Coaching

Foundation-level certification for those new to coaching tenpin bowling. Covers basic technique, safety, session planning, and working with beginners.

Level 2 — Club Coach

Intermediate certification for coaching at club and junior development level. Includes biomechanics, mental skills, and competition preparation.

Level 3 — High Performance

Advanced certification for coaching at national and international level. Sport science integration, performance analysis, and periodisation.
